Please do your research on the bulldog before putting in your application. So we recommend this guy being the only dog in the home. But he can get mouthy and put his face into other dogs kennels and just so happens he likes to do this to dogs that are dog aggressive. He seems ok next to dogs that share his fence line. He is good with strangers as long as its not in his inside kennel, he gets vocal. He tends to be pushy and we are working with him on that. He is not a in your pocket dog that we have seen but he hasn't been here for very long so we are just getting to know him. Diet and excercise are great for these guys but need to be aware of his short stubby nose and they can not breath as well as his longer nosed cousins. So that's something to take into account as well. Bulldogs can also have a lot of health issues.
He also needs to stay cool as bulldogs tend to overheat very easily. Such as regular cleaning of his face wrinkles and moisturizing his nose. Since he is a bulldog he does require special care for hygiene. He is very vocal in his inside kennel but less outside. He is a purebred English Bulldog who came from a breeder. He was born and is almost 7 years old and weighs 36 pounds. Max came to us as a owner surrender as his owner just didn't have enough time for him and so he was getting into trouble.
